I’m Holly Fay, author of A Little Bent, Not Broken. Everything I offer comes from lived experience Reiki (hands-on & distance), Animal Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Coaching & Mentoring, Inner-Child & Shadow Work, Neigon Movement Teacher, Kids Yoga, vibration/sound therapy and writing for release.
I keep it raw and practical pause, breath, pages and clear steps you can use today.
